PROJECT MANAGER -CTI West-LA California
The Project Manager is a critical and front line member of the organization, with ultimate responsibility for the profitability of construction projects. This will include creating project plans, coordinating and communicating activities with customers and company resources, providing financial management on project billing and receivables. Responsibilities also include monitoring progress against a schedule and providing internal and external updates to the company. The candidate must posses the ability to: plan/manage multiple projects and resources devoted to the specified projects, form/manage teams, identify and resolve issues and effectively communicate all concerns. Must also be familiar with contract documents, DDC programming-systems commissioning, systems design engineering, project scheduling and resources planning; change order creation and management, and project close out. Systems Sales Engineer
The Systems Sales Engineer is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies for target jobs and customers, preparing pre-design documentation and budgeting for projects, preparing accurate estimates and proposals for projects, ability to utilize standard sales tools to develop and deliver detailed proposals and presentations and the ability to estimate from project plans and specifications. Other duties include but not limited to: developing sales/value strategies for projects, maintaining/supporting current customer base while aggressively pursuing new customers. AUTOMATION SYSTEMS FIELD ENGINEER-CTI West-LA, California
The Automation Systems Field Engineer ensures successful project completion by providing technical expertise for start-up, programming verification, customer training, and verification of proper system operations. The Automation Systems Field Engineer is responsible for interpreting project specifications, shop drawings, sequence of operations, the system being served, and bringing about an efficient start-up, adjustment, calibration, tuning and commissioning of the systems installed by the company. Duties include but not limited to the provision of helping in coordination of technical details of a project, meeting delivery and start up schedules and reviewing sequences and drawings for technical utility, accuracy and usability. SERVICE SALES REP-CTI West, LA, California
The Service Sales Representative is responsible for all service sales and service account activities within a defined territory as well as to aggressively increase market share and market coverage within the territory via a mix of sales and marketing activities. Duties will also include developing a network of building owners, managers and representatives of end users for company installed systems and new name accounts. The Service Sales Representative will be responsible for market awareness to include trade shows, conferences, seminars, associations and other selected marketing programs. Also, the Sales Representative will have direct sales responsibilities for service and will team sell with building systems representatives to provide complete solutions for our customers. In addition, the Sales Representative will be the customer advocate within their territory and will facilitate customer satisfaction. The Service Leader will be responsible for the successful delivery of Control and Mechanical services in the existing building market. The Service Leader is responsible for hiring, training and managing the service operations staff to ensure exceptional delivery of energy and control retrofit and mechanical services to our customers. The Service Leader must be capable of supporting sales and serving as a member of the selling team. The Service Leader will also play a vital role in contract negotiation, change order management, risk and contract management and document control. Candidate must have proven results in meeting revenue and gross margin goals utilizing effective cost management skills, must possess solid management and leadership skills, demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, and have experience in financial and staffing forecasting. Qualifications require a minimum of 7 years of commercial building construction/service related experience, experience in the maintenance and repair of HVAC equipment and Control systems, and solid track record of supporting mechanical, energy and control retrofits, 1st and 3rd party HVAC service and time and material delivery processes. Immediate opening for a Project Manager who will be responsible for completing projects within established budgets and deadlines in New York City. Must be proficient at coordinating equipment, work and layouts with structural designs to prevent conflicts during construction. Candidate will have 5+ years experience working as an engineer in the Process Controls industry with Johnson Controls experience desired. Recent experience with an engineering firm in the construction industry or with a design-build mechanical contractor with direct project management experience. A highly motivated self-starter with exceptional communication and computer skills is required to manage multi-projects and lead staff to meet project deadlines. Experience must include specification writing, HVAC systems, and cost estimating. Must be able to travel.
