HVAC Test & Balance Technician - VT
Due to our continued growth and success in the testing and balancing business in Vermont and New Hampshire, we are looking for two technicians in Vermont.
The ideal candidates must be motivated to perform testing and balancing on heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems. Minimum two years experience in HVAC. Electrical, controls and computer skills is a plus. Position consists of planning and scheduling projects, testing and adjusting of equipment to design specifications, coordination with other trades, completing and submitting reports and working with mechanical contractors. Job requires excellent customer service, good physical condition and someone who enjoys working independently as well as with others. Extensive daytime travel and occasional overnight stays (mostly during the week).
Must be reliable and have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.

AUTOMATION SYSTEMS FIELD ENGINEER- NH
The Automation Systems Field Engineer ensures successful project completion by providing technical expertise for start-up, programming verification, customer training, and verification of proper system operations. The Automation Systems Field Engineer is responsible for interpreting project specifications, shop drawings, sequence of operations, the system being served, and bringing about an efficient start-up, adjustment, calibration, tuning and commissioning of the systems installed by the company. Duties include but not limited to the provision of helping in coordination of technical details of a project, meeting delivery and start up schedules and reviewing sequences and drawings for technical utility, accuracy and usability. Candidates must possess intermediate to advanced electrical and mechanical systems skills; demonstrate sound understanding of HVAC, building automation systems and applications, systems software and applications. Experience with the Invensys, TAC, Alerton, Johnson, Honeywell, or Niagara system is desired. Candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years of HVAC controls automation/construction installation experience. Applicant must have excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills. A valid driver’s license is required. Must be able to lift 40 lbs., climb and work from ladder.
