NYC Local Law 87 (LL87) mandates that buildings 50,000 gross square feet or larger undergo periodic energy audit and retro-commissioning measures, as part of the Greener, Greater Buildings Plan (GGBP). Control Technologies, Inc. has performed the retro-ccommissioning of the buildings’ Condenser water pumps, radiation water pumps, duplex air compressors, Liskey AC units and VAV boxes. Upon completion, the appropriate reports were submitted to the City of New York for compliance with Local Law 87.
