The right candidate will write programming code and aid in the start-up, commissioning and turnover of building control projects in a timely and accurate fashion.

Responsibilities:

• Field verifies wiring to match software.
• Program custom applications to match written specifications.
• Work with the Senior Field Engineer on equipment start-up and commissioning.
• With the guidance of the Senior Field Engineer, simulate and understand seasonal changes in building control environments to counter and alleviate potential problems.
• Program web based Graphical User Interfaces and verify their functions.
• Make corrections and changes in existing programs to account for varying conditions.
• Accurately maintain checkout and programming records for filling.

Applicants must be self-motivated and possess excellent computer skills.  A good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Visio and Word, are required.  Basic knowledge of electronic circuits and electrical systems. as well as good verbal and written communication skills are helping in daily operations.

A valid driver’s license,  a clean driving record and a reliable vehicle are a must as this position requires travel within the state.  Applicants muss pass a criminal background check and could be subject to drug screening.

Job locations may include large scale construction sites so a basic understanding of personal safety and the ability to adapt to changing job locations, as well as working in these environments, is important.
