A:   The TRACTree System has four packages available to suit your company's individual needs:

Q:   Do you offer training?:
A:   We require that you send at least one person to on-site training at our New Hampshire office. We then allow two people designated by your office to request phone support.


Q:   How much is additional training?:
A:   Training costs $1,500 per person plus all travel expenses beyond the two training slots included in the package price. We will provide a light breakfast and lunch for all attendees.


Q:   Does your software use seats like other enterprise software?:
A:   No. For office users of the TRACTree Software the number of users is unlimited.


Q:   Do we get software updates?:
A:   Yes. If you purchase Tiers one through three you get software updates as they become available.


Q:   Is on-site support available?:
A:   Yes. If you require on-site support from a TRACTree support engineer it is available to you at quoted / flat fee price plus travel expenses for our support team member(s).


Q:   Is hardware included with the TRACTree System?:
A:   No. We will gladly assist you in what you need for hardware but we do not offer or sell hardware.


Q:   Do my Technicians need broadband Internet access to use TRACLink?:
A:   Yes. We suggest broadband Internet access for all Technicians planning to remotely use TRACLink through your company's VPN access. A suggestion would be Verizon air cards or phones.


Q:   Does TRACLink run in Windows 7?:
A:   Yes. TRACLink runs in Windows XP, Vista, and Windows 7.


Q:   Can I use Microsoft's free SQL Server Express edition for the TRACTree Software?:
A:   Yes. We suggest using Express 2008, but Express 2005 will also work.


*   Travel expenses are not included. We will provide a light breakfast and lunch for all attendees on training days however.
**   Training for the Developer package will be on using the product as an end-user and an overview of source code and layout.
