Overview of the TRACTree System
|
The TRACTree System was created based on a fundamental need for our company in HVAC service.
We looked at a number of available packages and quite honestly, none did completely what we needed as an HVAC service company. We needed a task-based system that offered a paperless means of doing business as well as an easy straightforward interface for our very busy Technicians. We required a "stow-n-go" type software that allows the Technician to download all their work orders and take them with him, as well as job site history, product data sheets, and a Technician knowledgebase archive. Some of the other software packages we reviewed were too "intense" for our business and what we needed as well as our Technicians. So, we decided to create our own software... The TRACTree System.

But, Service isn't our only line of business... We do construction and preventative maintenance sales as well and the TRACTree system was designed to handle the job from bid prospecting, to warranty, to preventative maintenance contract and renewal, to final closeout. Simple. Quick and easy.

TRACTree System Software Modules
Enterprise web browser based Intranet, Bidding, Job Tracking, and Work Order creation and tracking tool for service work and PM Contracts and /or Job Contracts.
Company Intranet:
An Intranet section has been added to the TRACTree System Software for the global display of Company data pertaining to daily company operations. This includes standard company department pages for posting documents and sharing data.
BidTRAC Construction:
A bidding tool used to compose Quotations for Construction work and book projects won into JobTRAC. This tool also stores notes on potential Jobs as the Bidding process progresses.
BidTRAC Service:
A bidding tool used to compose Quotations and PM Contracts for Service work and book projects won into JobTRAC. This tool also stores notes on potential Jobs as the Bidding process progresses.
JobTRAC:
Considered the "Heart of the TRACTree System", JobTRAC is used to store, track, and process Jobs that are Construction, Service, or Warranty. JobTRAC can also be used to compose and book Change Order Quotations on Jobs.
ServiceTRAC:
A Work Order center module that can be added to JobTRAC for the creation of Work. A Work Order can be made in advance as a Scheduled PM Work Order or when a service call is received as a Service Call Work Order. The TRACTree System Software will visually show when Scheduled PM Work Orders nearing due and will visually show when Work Orders are aged in the system, among many other things.
FacilityTRAC:
FacilityTRAC is used as an online tool for your customers to log in and see their completed service orders and/or the work orders in progress in the field. This tool also allows customers to create their own internal work orders for their staff, create tenant account roles who can request work to be completed, a technician role to execute the requests for work and work orders, and the customer can also request a service order from you, all via the online FacilityTRAC portal. One site, many sites, this is a one-stop-portal for your customer.
TRACLink: (Remote Client Software for Work Order Processing)
TRACLink is the Field / Remote Technician's view into their Work Orders, for execution, delivery, and history. Field Technician remotely link into the TRACTree System Software and download electronic Work Orders that were created for them in ServiceTRAC onto their portable computer devices. TRACLink transports Work Orders in electronic format over the Internet to the Office allowing Work Orders to be received and/or sent from anywhere in the World over the Internet by Field Technicians, back to the Enterprise Database as well as completed Work Orders to be sent to the Customers via email in PDF format. The Field Technician can also download a history of past Work Orders for that site. As well as view and add to the integrated Technician's Knowledgebase and help system. Notifications (short messages) can also be sent to the technician via the TRACTree System Software to TRACLink (such as, "Jim, your parts are in for Work Order 1234.") also allowing the Technician to directly respond to the Notifications from the Client Software to the originator of the Notification back at the Office. The Technician can also submit potential Sales Leads with the Client Software as well as compose, sign, and send their weekly Hourly Timesheets to the Office.
