Requirements of the TRACTree System

TRACTree System Software and Hardware Requirements:

  • Microsoft SQL Database Server (version optional but 2005 or later)
  • Microsoft Exchange Server (Exchange Server 2003 or Better)
  • Active Directory Set up on Domain Controller (see your Network Administrator)
  • File Server (Windows Server 2003 or Better)
  • Web Server (Windows Server 2003 or Better running IIS 6.0 or later)
  • TRACLink - Laptops or PCs with Windows XP, Vista, or Windows 7
  • TRACLink "Jr." - Windows Mobile 6.0 or higher (requires a VPN connection such as PPTP)

NOTE: A single server can also be used for all above needs… It is recommended that you at least have a separate Exchange Server for email however.
