Cancellation Policy:
Control Technologies, Inc. reserves the right to cancel a class at any time. In the event of a cancellation, CTI will refund all registration fees in full. CTI will refund only the registration fee, and cannot be held liable for travel, lodging or other related expenses incurred.
All requests to cancel or reschedule a class must be made in writing (email, fax, or regular mail acceptable).
If a student cancels a class at least 21 days before the start of class, the registration fee will be refunded in full.
If a student cancels a class within 15 to 21 days before the start of class, CTI will charge the student 25% of the registration fee. If a student cancels within 14 to 20 days before the start of a class, CTI will charge the student 50% of the registration fee. Within 14 days of the start of class, the student must reschedule the class or forfeit the entire registration fee.
If a student wishes to reschedule a class at least 14 days before the start of class, they may do so at no charge.
If a student reschedules a class within 8 to 14 days before the start of class, CTI will charge the student 50% of the registration fee. If a student does not reschedule a class at least 7 days before the start of class, CTI will charge the student 100% of the registration fee.
Students are responsible for their own lodging and travel expenses.
Who's Teaching?
Mike Carr - Control Technologies Inc. - Mike has attained extensive experience in electricity, HVAC systems, and computers in joining Control Technologies' cutting-edge software engineering division. Given excellent training on the intricacies of the trade, from programming control logic to commissioning front-end user-interface systems, and across multiple platforms.
Randall Mead - Control Technologies Inc. - Randall has been with Control Technologies for 20+ years, holding several positions in the company in that time. Based out of the Williston office, he is currently the Vice President of Engineering & Operations and Training Manager. Randall has extensive knowledge of all products that Control Technologies has to offer, making him a tremendous asset to our team!
