“Since November 2025, Jack has served as Manager, Legal & Risk at CTI. In this role, he oversees the company’s legal, risk management, and compliance functions, drawing on more than 25 years of experience in construction accounting and legal matters. Prior to this role, Jack served as CTI’s Chief Financial Officer, where he led the Accounting and Administration team.
Jack earned a Bachelor of Science from Boston College, an MBA from Rivier University, and a Juris Doctor from New England School of Law. He is a licensed attorney in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and has served honorably in both the Marine Reserves and the Massachusetts Army National Guard.
Outside of work, Jack enjoys spending time with his family, reading, following sports, and watching movies.”
