“With a career rooted in service, leadership, and technical expertise, Jim Burrows began his career as a Reactor Operator on a submarine in the U.S. Navy, where he gained deep experience in mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems. The Navy instilled in him a methodical mindset, a strong work ethic, and a passion for leadership. Jim earned a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management while still on active duty.
Following his active military service, he transitioned to the building automation industry, holding roles as a technician, installer, and programmer, including time with a testing and balancing firm that expanded his knowledge of system performance. Since joining CTI 2000, he has held key roles in both the Service and Construction divisions, and today serves as the Construction Division Manager in the Vermont office.
A lifelong learner and member of the VT Army National Guard, Jim values teamwork, energy efficiency, and continuous personal and professional improvement.”
