“Josh Lothrop joined Control Technologies in 2003 as an HVAC mechanic in the New Hampshire Service Department. His passion for control systems and commitment to growth led him to establish a new service group in the Massachusetts office in 2010. In 2015, he became Head of Engineering and Standards, playing a key role in developing the Central Engineering group and laying the foundation for today’s standards.
In 2019, Josh took on the leadership of the New Hampshire Construction Department, building it into a strong operational team. In 2022, he expanded his role to include the Massachusetts Construction Department, where he continues to drive growth and development.”
