Join us on Thursday, April 28th to hear our very own Nick Rock! He will speak on Fault Detection and Diagnostics Vs. Task-Based Preventive Maintenance.
Located in Diamond Ballroom, the session will dive deep into what fault detection and diagnostics (FDD) is and how it can be used as a preventive maintenance (PM) tool. The presenters will cover the pros and cons of a traditional task-based PM and an FDD PM. It can be hard to find an effective way to implement data analytics software for building automation systems, especially with Vermont’s smaller commercial buildings. This presentation will reveal how professionals can utilize these systems to deliver FDD as a PM tool. It will also show building owners that they don’t need to have a large facility to utilize the latest technologies.
