Gray, Maine – March 5, 2024 - HTS New England has entered into an agreement with Brian Briggs of Briggs Equipment Sales to acquire the assets of the 40-year-old company and take over it’s equipment sales role, effective April 1, 2024. HTS enters the Maine market with its affiliated New England companies - Direct Expansion Solutions (DXS) & Control Technologies Inc. (CTI) – to collectively offer applied HVAC equipment, VRV, Controls, and Service. This strategic move underscores HTS Engineering’s commitment to expansion and enhancing its offerings across New England.

Greg Mylen, Principal, HTS New England, will be returning to his roots in Maine to lead operations of the office in Gray.
